Return/Refund

We do not accept returns or exchanges and do not offer refunds for all orders as they are food products.

Order Acceptance

The receipt of an order number through the website or an email order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell.

Hello Molly Gelato reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or to refuse service to any customer.

If we are refused authority from your card issuer for payment, you agree to compensate us in full against any and all reasonable costs and expenses (including reasonably legal costs) that we may incur in obtaining payments due from you that have not made in accordance with your agreement with us as set out in the terms and conditions.

Prices and availability of products on the site are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected when discovered, Hello Molly Gelato reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (including after an order has been submitted).

Warranty

Clients should be aware that all products are made by hand and small discrepancies should be anticipated even in the same batch of products.

​

Our gelato should be kept within one hour of delivery and should be always stored in a stable freezer at or below -18C or they are not edible.

 

All gelato is made fresh in Hong Kong weekly right before delivery. We do not add any preservatives or artificial additives in our products. Our gelato cups can last up to 2 weeks. Please do not consume after 2 weeks upon delivery. Hello Molly Gelato recommends that all gelato cups are best consumed within the first 5 days for maximum freshness and flavour.

We strive to make sure that your order arrives in perfect condition. While all goods will be delivered in our best ability, Hello Molly Gelato will not be liable to any unsuccessful delivery due to incorrect or insufficient information provided by the consumer and/or the recipient or unanswered door during the chosen delivery timeslot.

Subject to different availability of products, Hello Molly Gelato reserves the rights to substitute any item with goods in equal retail price without prior notice.

Hello Molly Gelato reserves the rights to terminate a promotion without prior notice, in case of any dispute, the decision of Hello Molly Gelato shall remain final.
