Hello Molly Gelato is a handcrafted gelato company founded in 2017 in Hong Kong. We specialize in providing ice cream catering services, wholesale, bulk orders and collaborations.

 

Obsessed with all things sweet, we were unable to find our dream gelato in Home Kong. So we decided to go back to school to study the gelato culture and set up a fully licensed factory to make our own.Our co-founder is a certified Gelatiere graduated from the Gelato University headquarters in Italy.

We make our own Gelato Base with no pre-made or powder mixes that fits the local. We support local ingredients and promote responsible sourcing. We are constantly exploring new flavours and change with what the season offers. We aim to please and excite your taste bud.
